Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order or request a refund for a product purchased through Sukhamritsootra.in. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations Cancellation requests will only be considered if submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page.
Please note:
- If the order has already been dispatched or is out for delivery, the cancellation request cannot be accommodated.
- In such cases, you may choose to refuse the delivery at the doorstep and the order will be returned to us.
- Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be initiated after inspection.
Cancellation Charges for Prepaid Orders
- Cancellation before dispatch: ₹100 will be deducted as handling charges.
- Cancellation after dispatch: ₹200 will be deducted as handling charges.
- Remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via our Contact Us page. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution — including a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Product Received If you receive a product that does not match your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Product Not as Described If you feel the product received does not match what was shown on the website or does not meet your reasonable expectations, please raise the concern within 24 hours of receipt. Our customer service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Refund Processing All approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery
- The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- The product was purchased during a sale and the issue does not involve damage or defect
